Marketing with results is a phrase I keep in mind when purchasing software that automates any part of my business. I got to the airport a bit early for one of my business trips and I found my self sitting near a shoe shine stand reading my email on my smart phone. As I flipped through the pages I began to notice the shoe shine guy across the hall busy shinning shoes. He was an older fellow with a winning smile, pleasant personality and a calm way of talking that seemed to commanded attention.
