I love Amazon.com, absolutely love it, but-and there’s always a but-I hate it too. Sounds contradictory to say the least right?  Let me explain. I buy tons of stuff from Amazon, and not just because they are popular, I buy there because they are an excellent company with excellent customer support. I think of them as the FEDEX of the internet- – oh yes, I like FEDEX too!

Now for what I don’t like about Amazon.com.  Even though I applaud the fact that they  were the pioneers of the affiliate program concept they are probably the lowest paid affiliate program online.  As a matter of fact a third grader’s lunch money is more than  I earned  in  Amazon.com commissions Iast week-I’m just saying.

Many people who want to begin earning a full or part time income online don’t have a clue about how to choose a good product nor where to find one.  Some think that it’s about picking a product and running with it.  Not on your life-well not if you really want to create a legitimate business that is.  I’m sure you want to make money, and keep making it, in an on-going manner, right?

That’s exactly why I’m writing this. I want to point out my recent webinar outlining the right way to make it with affiliate marketing so you can avoid the pitfalls I had to undergo.   What can I say, we all make mistakes but we learn from them as well – how do you think I learned what I know??? Trust me when I say I made my share of mistakes, whew!   I guess what I’m trying to say with all this; learn from my mistakes so you can become a super affiliate a whole lot faster and easier than you would by making mistakes on your own.

Side note:  I was amazed at the comments that come from that session… comments like “WOW, Mark I didn’t know that products and advertising media are integrated in both long and short term advertising.” Others said, “I can see where I went wrong, I wish I had known some of this stuff before I jumped into it with both feet.” And one more that said, “I did most of the wrong things no wonder I didn’t make much money.”
